Waterfront Dining in Reno Tahoe

Waterfront Dining in Reno Tahoe

Any dining experience is instantly made better with a waterfront view. In Reno Tahoe you can experience waterfront dining on Lake Tahoe, the Truckee River, or the Sparks Marina. Whether you want an extravagant meal or a quick coffee and pastry pairing, check out some of the best places to enjoy the view according to our friends at Yelp!

Lone Eagle Grille
Lone Eagle Grille, located on the private beach of the Hyatt Regency, has a menu with American cuisine changing from season to season to reflect the freshest locally-sourced flavors. The vaulted ceilings, two-story stone fireplace, and panoramic windows makes an ambiance that can’t be beat. Indoor diners enjoy the view just as much as those seated outside on the terrace.

“The food and drinks were exceptional.  What a complete pleasure!  My husband liked it so much, we sat on the stone wall by the outdoor patio, under the shade of broad-leaf trees,  and just looked at the lake.  It was exactly the experience I wanted to give my husband of this place, where I spent so many happy summer weeks as a child and teenager.”Karen-Lynette B.

Lighthouse Coffee Co.
Lighthouse Coffee Co. is locally brewed coffee in a waterfront setting. On their menu is a variety of espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and smoothies as well as quiche, waffles, bagels, scones and a variety of pastries. Lighthouse Coffee Co. has three locations to serve you, but their waterfront spot is located at 325 Harbour Cove Drive, Suite 101, in Sparks.

Lighthouse Coffee is doing things right. There are a variety of ways they brew coffee and it’s interesting and fun to watch. The coffee is fantastic. But you know what really sold me? The service and atmosphere. I walked in and instantly felt like family. Now that’s a place I’m going to return to again and again.” – Sean C.

Edgewood Restaurant
Located at Edgewood Golf Course, the Edgewood Restaurant gives diners a spectacular setting to enjoy the elegant cuisine. It’s the perfect place to see cotton candy skies as the sun sets over Lake Tahoe.  Among the menu offerings are Seared Halibut, Rack of Spring Lamb, and Bison New York Steak.

“This place has amazing views and architecture is stunning! We came here with my husband and for a date night and absolutely loved it!”Shida Y.

Campo
In the Riverwalk District along Truckee, you will find Campo, which offers Italian cuisine using fresh, local ingredients. Handmade pasta and house-made salumi are just a couple of the items that you will find on their diverse menu. Campo has two happy hours, Monday – Friday from 3 pm – 5 pm, and 9:30 pm – 11:30 pm.

“This was exactly the type of experience that we were looking for when we set off for the Riverwalk District– outdoors, relaxed, fresh flavors, people-watching, fun, lively… Just perfect! And a good antidote to the casino world a few blocks away.”Allison M.
