Fondue’s sophisticated Swiss cousin, Raclette, is a popular European winter tradition, and Wedge has brought it to Reno Tahoe. Indulge in a river of hot, melting Raclette cheese poured over potatoes, cured meats, and pickled vegetables at the first ever Wedge Raclette Dinner on Monday, November 7th.
