Get Your Yoga on in Reno Tahoe
Reno Tahoe is a premiere destination for fitness junkies and outdoor enthusiasts of all types. Skiers and snowboarders, runners, kayakers, paddle boarders, and rock climbers can all find their niche in Reno Tahoe. In July, nearby Squaw Valley was host to Wanderlust Yoga and Music Festival, a transformational experience hosted at the world’s most beautiful mountain resorts. (Check out the awesome photos!) There are a multitude of reasons to practice yoga in the area, and the serene mountain settings are an added bonus! Here are just a few of the ways you can get your yoga on in Reno Tahoe.

Juice Box Yoga offers 20 days of unlimited classes for $20 to new students. Students also get half off the drop-in rate of $20 with their student ID. This studio specializes in Bikram Yoga, but also offers Warm and Mellow Yoga, Hot Vinyasa, and Inferno Hot Pilates. Juice Box also offers two locations for you to get your yoga on, at 631 Sierra Rose Dr. and 1635 Robb Dr. in Reno.
River School Farm is a venue for year-round-farming and special events and is committed to encouraging and educating people to pursue sustainable living, bioregional design, and creative expression. Among their wide array of classes and workshops are yoga classes. Check out their Yin Yoga and Guided Meditation classes or Vinyasa Flow Yoga.
Yin Yoga and Guided Meditation: Tuesdays from 6:00 pm – 7:15 pm, $10.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga: Monday and Wednesday 9:00 am – 10:30 am, $15.
