Get Lucky with Irish Pubs in Reno
St. Patrick’s Day isn’t the only reason to visit an Irish pub, but it certainly reminds us why we love them in the first place! Good beer, toe-tapping music and feisty bartenders always make for a great night out with friends. Add some traditional Irish food to the mix, and you’ve got yourself a winning combination. Check out the Reno Sparks area’s Irish inspired hot spots.
Ceol Irish Pub– These guys know how to show bar hoppers a good time. With live music, trivia nights and seriously good drink specials throughout the week, Ceol has been a favorite spot among locals for years. St. Patrick’s Day is always a major celebration at the pub. Enjoy food trucks serving corned beef and shepherd’s pie and Irish bands playing both inside and out in the parking lot throughout the day.
O’skis Pub & Grille– Located inside an historic building in downtown Sparks, O’skis has a huge selection of beer, scotch and whiskey along with pub fare favorites. If you love corned beef, their menu has a creative selection of dishes that will satisfy any Irishman’s (or woman’s) appetite. Come by for their St. Patrick’s Day celebration or have them cater your next event or meeting.
O’Cleary’s Irish Pub– Somewhat new to the area, O’Cleary’s has really gained a following due to their unique restaurant angle. For one, they offer bowling inside the building among other social activities. They are located at the Outlets at Sparks so they make a great stop during a day of shopping or movie-going. Come by for St. Patrick’s Day and celebrate with their traditional Irish menu along with live music and a rousing game of pool or bowling.
The fun doesn’t stop there; here are a few more Irish bars to wet your whistle:
