Best Places to Celebrate Burger Month in Reno Tahoe
In honor of burger month, and because who doesn’t need a guilt-free reason to indulge in a burger from one of Reno Tahoe’s favorite spots, we’ve compiled a list of the best places to celebrate this month. Whether you’re craving a hearty, half-pound burger or an animal-friendly option, we think Reno Tahoe has something for meat-lovers and vegetarians alike.
Beefy’s – With a name like Beefy’s, this little gem of Midtown can’t go unmentioned. Located at 1300 S. Virginia St., Beefy’s offers a casual atmosphere with exceptional service.
“My BFF has been RAVING about Beefy’s for many months now, and we finally made it in to give a try to these burgers that, according to many, are the best in town. It was a perfect day for a lunchtime visit, and we snagged a nice seat at the blackjack table. The service was exceptional.” – Tracy S.

Austin’s – Located in Incline Village, Austin’s specializes in “comfort food for the soul.” Try their Austin Burger, Chicken-Fried Bacon Burger, or their veggie burger. If you’re really feeling the spirit of Burger Month, try all three!
“I had one of the best burgers ever here, and it comes with these decadent buttermilk fries, and for only ten bucks!!!! The patty was huge and tasty, good bun, and man those fries have to be tasted, can’t describe ’em.” – Bert M.
Fresh ground chuck patties (two) jack, cheddar, Gruyere, chicken fried bacon, jalapeños, mushrooms on a @truckeesourdough bun which racked up $26 on the bill for this burger only and it was worth every penny if you ask me! This was a great find for my #premeditatedburger blog coming up in January. I’ve nickname this the “heart attack” and yes, I finished the entire burger #burgersforpresident #burgerjunkies #buregermode #burgerlife #sffoodie #burger #merica #datburger #chickenfriedbacon #foodporn #fūdkito #snackfrancisco #fūdlab #fudkito #mapditstatus #MAKAN #meatsweats

Well it’s a 1/3 pound grass fed cheeseburger with a slice of pepper jack, a slice of cheddar, with bacon, pork of course, resting comfortably on a wheat bun, with some sweet potato fries, seasoned perfectly with just the right amount of sea salt chased down with a Fat Tire beer, from Burger Me.
