A New View for Downtown Reno – The Stick
Downtown Reno’s newest sports lounge has officially opened and this new hot spot is an absolute must-see for anyone looking for a unique dining experience. Unlike most sports bars, The Stick is the first non-smoking, non-gaming sports bar in Reno, which creates a family-friendly environment focused on providing excellent food, exclusive specialty cocktails and non-stop sports entertainment. Every seat is the best seat in the house, with over 24 flat screen TV’s laid throughout both floors of the sports lounge, you can always have an eye on a TV. As opposed to most sports bars, The Stick serves seafood, steaks and pasta, a more upscale menu with affordable prices. There are two bars in the restaurant, one upstairs and one downstairs, pouring 18 beers on tap including local brews from The Depot, The Brewer’s Cabinet, Great Basin Brewing Co. , Pigeon Head Brewery, Under the Rose Brewing Company and Virginia City Brewing Company. They only use fresh squeezed fruit juice in their specialty cocktails, most including local spirits such as Tahoe Blue Vodka and local honey. Although dinner ends at 11 pm, the fun doesn’t stop until 2 am with full bar service and appetizers. The Stick is the new view of downtown, located on the River Walk District, next to Century Riverside movie theater.
