2016 Valentine’s Day Specials

Silver Legacy Resort Casino:
The Silver Legacy is offering exquisite dining specials this Valentine’s Day. Sterling’s Seafood Steakhouse will dish out impeccable flavors throughout the day. Starting at 9 a.m. through 2 p.m., Sterling’s Sunday Champagne Brunch will serve items including petite beef medallions, Oysters Rockefeller, grilled lamb chops, shrimp with artichokes and grape tomatoes, oysters on the half shell, an omelet station, a symphony of dessert and much more. Top off with a complimentary choice of Domaine Ste. Michelle Brut or Bisol Jeio Prosecco Sparkling Wines, mimosa or Bellini, just $44.99.
In the evening, Sterling’s will service an exquisite five-course meal for $65 per person. Included in the meal is a Pacific Daboob Oyster on the Half Shell amuse, Mini Steak Napolean appetizer, choice of Tomato Basil Bisque or Hearts of Romaine Caesar, Surf, Turf and Turf entrée and Dark Chocolate and Port Poached Pear Terrine for dessert. Over at Silver Legacy’s newest restaurant, Pearl Oyster Bar and Grill, a three-course meal consisting of choice of Hearts of Romaine salad or Creamy Wild Mushroom soup, Broiled New York Strip Steak and Scampi Duet and Coeur d’Amour raspberry infused white chocolate cheesecake dessert will be served for $28.95+ per person.
Circus Circus Reno:

The entrée is a filet mignon with béarnaise sauce, half a Canadian lobster tail, creamy potato gratin and asparagus which is complimented by a Ferrari-Carano Reserve Cabernet, 2010. For dessert, tuck into chocolate raspberry mousse with fresh raspberries and Champagne sorbet and a glass of Ferrari-Carano Eldorado Noir, 2013. This indulgent culinary adventure costs $65 per person or $100 per person with wine pairings and seating will begin at 5 pm.
At the Eldorado’s signature restaurant, La Strada, taste Chef Ivano Centemeri’s menu specially created for the lovers’ holiday. Antipasto heritage grains, arugula, in-house marinated wild mushrooms, lightly smoked speck and Dijon vinaigrette. The first course is ricotta gnocchi with tomato coulis and broccolini pesto and wild boar tortelli with roasted butternut squash and baby kale. The second course is a duo of Hawaiian snapper wrapped in eggplant and roasted lamb loin with turnip purée. The dessert is Manjari 64% dark chocolate mousse and fresh raspberry napoleon. Dinner costs $110 per couple with seating beginning at 5 pm.
At The Prime Rib Grill, treat yourself to a delicious spread this Valentine’s Day for just $55 per person which also begins with a glass of Nicolas Feuillatte Brut Champagne. The meal starts with a trip to the never-ending soup and salad bar stocked with crisp greens and an array of fresh toppings plus fresh fruits, nuts and more. The main course is the classic pairing of filet mignon topped with King Crab meat and béarnaise sauce, with triple-chocolate mousse for dessert. Dinner service begins at 5 pm.
Lone Eagle Grille:
This Valentine’s Day, treat your loved one to luxurious lakeside dining and world class cuisine at the Lone Eagle Grille in Incline Village.
